entdraughts : Grinding Grain...Baking Bread

I'm not a bread baker, except on rare occasions, and then usually I settle for letting frozen store-bought loaves thaw and then bake those. But there's a lively exchange amongst from-scratch enthusiasts started at the title-linked post, in case that's your sort of thing. The blogger, Meredith, is new to the art and is looking for both advice and moral support, I think.
