I hadn't quite decided whether I'd post anything on the Charles/Camilla wedding. I didn't watch it. It seemed almost too painful to want to watch it, really - rather like watching grown-ups get chastised by relatives in public, if you know what I mean? Besides, the run-up to the wedding has almost felt cursed, hasn't it?
But then I ran across this posting by Robert Tumminello, a New Yorker living across the pond with his English wife, which has some nice bits. He and his wife did watch the fuss - well, the fuss that happened when they weren't out on shopping breaks, etc.
