Here's another title to add to your treasure hunting list: Handicrafts for the Handicapped, by Herbert Hall and Mertice Buck, published in 1916 by Moffatt, Yard, and Company. Since Headmistress at The Common Room discovered it, let her tell you about it.
I've just done a cursory search, and find a few copies of a 1928 edition also for sale, for not quite as much money, but still quite, quite nice, thanks.
This is not to mention that it sounds like an interesting and possibly useful book.
