I've just stumbled onto a blog called French Word-A-Day. The most recent post is on, of all things, ketchup, both as a word and as a food, as it is used in France, including an account of ketchup used as a condiment for fried rice. No, really.
I've just glanced at a few entries, but the blog looks delightful from what I've seen so far. It's far more than just language lessons.
