Having once upon a time hidden something in the oven at the last second to have the appearance of a tidy kitchen for guests - and then regretting it immediately because it called for way too much remembering - don't use the oven before clearing it out, don't use the oven before clearing it out, don't... - I can identify with this post by Amanda Witt.
