This web page (use title link) honors the history of Memorial Day (originally called Decoration Day), seeks to educate people on the meaning of the day, promotes a "National Moment of Remembrance" that asks all Americans to pause at 3 p.m. local time for either a moment of silence to to listen to Taps, and also lobbies for a return to observance of the day on May 30th.
