Dave Adam reports that two Russian physicists, Galina Mashnich and Vladimir Bashkirtsev, are betting $10,000 that the planet will actually cool over the next decade. Taking the other side of the wager is British "climate expert" James Annan. The Russians are betting on a reduction in sunspots.
