OpinionJournal - David Asman learns about British and U.S. hospitals the hard way
David Asman, an anchor at Fox News Channel, was on vacation in London with his wife, when his wife had a stroke. He now has some firsthand, inside experience with both UK and US health care providers, which he shares in this June 8, 2005, piece at Opinion Journal titled "There's No Place Like Home: What I learned from my wife's month in the British medical system." He has nice things as well as bad things to say about both systems. (Use title link.)
