AN EXTRAORDINARY constitutional battle was raging last night over the fate of a disabled woman at the centre of the US’s longest running right-to-die case - as doctors began the grim process of starving her to death...Goddard seems to understand the political maneuvering better than some of the rest of us (well, better than I do, at any rate). And, as always, thanks go to the Scotsman for doing its own reporting, and providing the wire services with worthy competition.
